Pork eats man?! WTF?

The following is creepy....Hogs eat man.  This is why we must eat them.....before they eat us!  As God as my witness, I will eat more pork to make our society safer!  It is my civic, if not moral duty.

The biggest ribfest I have ever prepared has begun with the rubdown of 6 monster racks.  Tomorrow is the slow smokefest.  Thinking applewood....low and slow baby!

Bacon...again

This may come as a bit of a shocker, but I had bacon for supper....in fact a bacon and egg sandwich.  This may be one of the finest foods ever made.

Reviving the meatnight blog

Where the hell have we been?  EATING MEAT of course.  But enough about that, time to get re-posting.  Big news in the pork front, and not good....bacon shortage!  This could bring violence in the streets.  Needless to say....I'm in hoarding mode....Yes, this is the time to panic.

Also in the news is something about bananas and I thought it was funny.  Stick to bacon I say!

Also in bacon news....Mueller's in Perkinsfield is pre-packaging their bacon so you can help yourself.

And lets not forget Ethan ate a bacon sandwich using Oreo's as bread.  That is called CREATIVITY people!

Turkey smoked on the Big Green Egg

PapaBone pulled a well-aged turkey out of the freezer, brined it for a couple days and plunked it on the Big Green Egg for about 4 hours over Argentinian and southwestern US charcoal. Golden brown, smokilicious bird!

what is going on with the Meat Blog?  I hardly see any things anymore....just so you know I ate hamburgers, hotdogs, and hamburgers again today.  Oh, wait, I also had bacon.  And you know I love my bacon!  I'll probably have more bacon tomorrow...being Sunday and all.
