Friday is here

I think I'll go home and enjoy some meat.  But what type will it be?  Hmmmm......

  1. Rather than facing such a difficult choice, you should have many different meats. Think of your kitchen as a zoo full of delicious animals.

  2. Turned out to be chicken wings. Marinated for a couple of hours, then slow roasted on the Egg for 2 hours. After roasting, based them in the special sauce and baked them in the oven to dry the sauce. Finally ate at about 9pm. The melted off the bone. Delicious.
